All orders are mindfully packed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1-3 days.

We offer tracked international air shipping to the following supported regions:

Standard International Shipping (Free on orders over $50 USD)

  • United States: 12 - 20 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
  • Europe & the United Kingdom: 10 - 15 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
  • Australia & Canada&New Zealand: 10 - 15 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
  • United Arab Emirates: 8 - 18 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
  • Japan&South Korea: 5 - 10 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)
  • Singapore&Malaysia: 5 - 10 business days ($19.99 USD for orders under $50)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or customs clearance.

If a product is accidentally lost during delivery, we will send you a replacement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our customers, orders are typically shipped via delivery duty paid (DDP) routes, meaning no additional customs fees upon arrival.

Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your Lumiyear treasures as much as we loved creating them. If you change your mind, we happily accept returns on all unopened, unused, and original-packaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our cozy support team at yywyiwen@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for lost return parcels.

Important Note: Since our primary creative studio and workshop are located in Asia, international return shipping fees may apply. We highly recommend checking our sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your journal arrives damaged during its cosmic journey, or if we sent you the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship the damaged item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
